Our product is 100% Tested and certified to meet building control requirements, and fitted by our trained Firas accredited installers. All projects are issued with certification upon completion, for presentation to building control for sign off.

iSteel only work with tested and certified products, unlike others offering non-tested systems with fire glass, which will not be certified and present questionable protection in the event of fire.

FRAME

Made from authentic steel and finished by hand in our Yorkshire fabricating facility, allows us to produce bespoke products for a discerning clientele.

Featuring a super slim 20mm outer frame with a 15mm inner bead, optional cross bars, Intumescent seals and an automatic drop smoke seal at the bottom of the door leaves.

  • Reinforced with Intumescent seals, specifically developed and proven protection against fire, work by swelling when heated protecting both the material beneath and sealing gaps in the event of fire.
  • Automatic Drop Seal engages when the door is in the closed position forming a barrier to restrict the movement of smoke, thus protecting an escape route for longer.

 

GLASS

Pyroguard Firesafe, is a modified toughened Fire safety glass providing integrity only protection against flames and toxic smoke for 30 minutes.

Steel Quality

Our frames are made from 100% real steel, the benefit of which is a superior build quality and strength. iSteel products are hand welded by master craftsmen in our Yorkshire based state of the art facility.

Colour Options

Our steel frames are Powder Coated for a high quality durable finish. Standard colours include black, white and anthracite with a luxurious textured hand feel. Other colours and finishes such as Anodised Bronze and Brass are available, speak to our sales team for prices.

Glass Options

6mm toughened safety glass is used as standard, but options such as fluted, reeded, frosted and tinded are available. Speak with our sales team for prices.

Door Options

Swing, bi-folding, bi-parting and sliding options are available. Our designers will suggest the best option for your project.

Installation

After undertaking a thorough, professional survey we re-confirm all the details to you, including any variation in price. The way we work is transparent. We want to make sure that you know exactly what we will supply & install and how much it will cost.

Warranty

All iSteel products have a 12-month warranty for mechanisms and a factory warranty for components. The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligent operation or deliberate damage.
