iSteel only work with tested and certified products, unlike others working with non-tested systems with fire glass, which will not be certified and offer questionable protection in the event of fire.
FRAME
Made from genuine steel by hand in the UK to bespoke dimensions and design, the narrow frame allows for a large expanse of glass creating a sleek appearance with optional surface mounted cross bars.
- Intumescent seals, specifically developed and proven protection against fire, work by swelling when heated protecting both the material beneath and sealing gaps in the event of fire.
- Steel cavities reinforced with fiber cement ‘promat’ to insulate hollow sections for additional protection
GLASS
Pyroguard EI60 (INT), is a gel filled Fire safety glass providing integrity and insulation protection against flames, heat and toxic smoke for 60 minutes.
COLOUR
Standard colours including black, white and anthracite grey but most colours are possible.

This product is for internal use only, where 60 minutes (Integrity and Insulation protection) is a building control requirement.

Colour Options
Our steel frames are Powder Coated for a high quality durable finish. Standard colours include black, white and anthracite with a luxurious textured hand feel. Other colours and finishes such as Anodised Bronze and Brass are available, speak to our sales team for prices.
Glass Options
6mm toughened safety glass is used as standard, but options such as fluted, reeded, frosted and tinded are available. Speak with our sales team for prices.
Door Options
Swing, bi-folding, bi-parting and sliding options are available. Our designers will suggest the best option for your project.
Installation
After undertaking a thorough, professional survey we re-confirm all the details to you, including any variation in price. The way we work is transparent. We want to make sure that you know exactly what we will supply & install and how much it will cost.
Warranty
All iSteel products have a 12-month warranty for mechanisms and a factory warranty for components. The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligent operation or deliberate damage.
