iSteel was commissioned by an upmarket Care Home provider to participate in a high-end interior fit out in Cheshire.

An EI30 (30/30) Integrity and Insulation fire rating was required to give the best possible protection to residents in the event of a fire.

The client wanted a premium looking Industrial style performance product, which would be in keeping with the luxurious interior design concept and look homely rather than commercial. 

A hospital style door set with one larger door leaf for daily use and a smaller opening side panel was chosen to give easy access to wheelchair users when required and a glazed partition wall to flood the room with light.
